SIPRAMA KOMUNINDO, SOUTH TANGERANG - Nestlé Indonesia is a subsidiary of Nestlé S.A. that center in Vevey, Swiss and already be operated for almost 150 years. As a nutrition, health, and wellness company reputable in the world, Nestlé started to operate in Indonesia in 1971. Nestlé Indonesia has 4 factories spread inside and outside of Java now.

In developing its company, Nestlé having cooperation with Siprama Komunindo especially in the outsourcing service. This collaboration has been established since 2019 until now. We focus on empowerment and improvement of employee quality. We help Nestlé to achieve the company target and maximize employee performance.

The services we provide to Nestlé range from recruiting manpower to providing training manpower. The trained manpower will fill Nestlé’s needed positions such as RECO, ARCO, Management Trainee, Merchandiser, SMR (TT, ST, and CO-ST), Medical Executive, CCS, and MD Confect for modern and general trade areas. The region of all Sulawesi, Jayapura, along with Bali and Nusa Tenggara is the responsibility that Nestlé gives us to manage.
